Playing 2v2 is the best way to improve your all around volleyball skills. Players have to cover more court, read the play better, and they must build their skill in all aspects of the game. 

The best part about playing 2v2 is the fact that there's no competition for playing time. At tournaments, all players play all the time.  Also, it's a much more individual game than 6v6 indoor. It's just you and your partner, finding ways to make each other more successful and strategizing how to beat the other team.

Fayetteville Beach is led by Coach Neal Emminger, and assisted by Alaina Emminger. Practices are held at the beach courts at New Hope Baptist Church.

At Fayetteville Beach we offer seasonal programs in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

This is a great opportunity for indoor players to supplement their training and get more reps to become a more rounded volleyball player.   This can be especially beneficial if your primary indoor position prevents you from playing a full 6 rotations. 

It's also a great opportunity for those that have left the indoor game but still love the game and want to improve throughout the year.

Program cost: $450
Included in the price is 8 weeks of training, a tank or t-shirt, and coaching in at least one tournament.   Registration fees for tournaments are NOT INCLUDED (tournament entry fees average $50/player)

FAQ:

• Players sign up individually for the QOB tournament. Players must register with a partner for the doubles tournament.
• No experience needed - we have 2 courts and will divide players based on their age and skill level.
• Players are encouraged, though not required, to participate in at least one tournament and coaching will be provided at hosted tournaments.
• Players are responsible for finding a partner to play with in the tournament, but we will do our best to help pair players who want to play but can't find a partner to play with.
