This program will offer players of all ages and skills the opportunity to hone in on their setting, defense, hitting + blocking, & serving + passing skills. Technical School is designed for continuous improvement and dedicated spaces to refine your techniques, mechanics apply theoretical knowledge and get immediate feedback from our coaches. Train for tryouts is for those players who intend to try out for club volleyball. These clinics are designed to familiarize young athletes with club tryout drills and procedures, as well as allow them to meet our coaching staff and the coach who will potentially head or assist their team for the 2025-2026 season. This is a great way to reduce tryout nerves and increase confidence.

Beginner - For players that are newer to the game with little to no team experience.

Intermediate/ Advanced - For players that have some proficiency in the general skills of volleyball and some team experience.

We will focus on training fundamental and advanced techniques of setting including footwork, jump setting, pivot setting, hand work, decision making and implementing these skills into gameplay.

This training program is every Friday starting August 8th for any 575 Volleyball club player.  Players need to be able to demonstrate proficiency in each of the basic skills and be mature enough to focus and work hard.  This is a 1 hour session that will have a little of everything:  Focused work on the basic skills through ball control drills, positional work, team games and focus a lot on the skill of winning in 6 v 6.  It is where we teach the highest form of competitive volleyball mentally, physically and skill wise. This is a great supplemental practice while players are in their school seasons!
