Hi Everyone,

We are extremely excited to begin the 23-24 Season!  Practices begin Monday October 23rd. Please read all of the information below:

Memberships

All players need to have their memberships completed so that we can get teams rostered into tournaments. Please purchase a membership for your daughter as soon as possible if you have not yet done so.

- ALL 17U and younger - Select the 23-24 SRVA-P4 Junior Player Memberships.

- All 18U Players will need the 23-24 SRVA-A4 Junior Player - Safesport Required membership.

- The cost is $55 for the required USAV/SRVA bundled membership.   This is required by the USA volleyball and the region to play in their tournaments. 

SRVA Membership

Uniforms

All players should have ordered uniforms by now.  If you have not please reach out asap.  We can not guarantee they will be here by the first tournament but we need to get them in immediately.

Sportsengine App and Schedules 

All teams calendars will be uploaded into your sports engine app schedule.  Sports engine does not sync this year with the website calendar so please use the app for practice and tournament schedules.  Please download the sportsengine app if you haven't and use your account to login.

Team GroupMe
All teams have a groupme group. This is how 99% of the team communication will happen through the season.  Please be sure you are in your team groupme.  Club wide information will be communicated through email as well as your team groupme.

Tournaments, Travel Tournaments and Policies

All tournament info will be sent as soon as we receive them from the tournaments themselves.  Waves, schedules and overall times are typically sent the week of the tournament.

• 575 will send links to block room for all tournaments as soon as we get them. We try our best to have all players stay in the same hotel as their coaches and teammates. It is the responsibility of the parents to reserve hotel rooms at out of town tournaments.
• National Team Travel tournaments - all USAV qualifier tournaments have a stay to play policy.  Parents must stay in the block that will be issued by the club. 
   
• Non - Qualifier out of town tournaments there are no mandatory requirements though the club will have a block for anyone that would like to use them.
   
• For all tournaments both Stay to Play and Non-Stay to Play, families are responsible for all travel to and from the hotel and to and from the tournament.

November 4th Grass Tournament

Come join us and play a full day of volleyball!  Adult and Junior divisions. Many of your coaches will be playing!

Practices

A successful season is based primarily off of players attending practices, working hard, listening to coaches, treating teammates and coaches with respect and always putting the team first.

Players missing practices and tournaments should be rare occurrences and communicated to coaches in as far in advance as possible.
