Stephen has a background in logistics and developed a strong passion for volleyball through watching his daughters grow up playing school, club and college volleyball. In 2020, Stephen merged his club, Savage Volleyball, into 575 to become 575 Lakepoint.
In just four short years, we have grown the Lakepoint location to have a full service of volleyball programs; including 22+ club teams, a mini club program for developing players, consistent and affordable training, camps and even college camps!
Stephen has also been instrumental in helping develop our growing tournament business. This year we hosted five events, including four two day tournaments and a one day tournament.
Stephen is available 18+ hours a day, almost 365 days a year…and like MC Hammer if there is a problem he will solve it! Which is why he is the perfect fit to be the COO of 575 Volleyball.
This is Danny’s second year at 575. In his first year, Danny helped lead our 18-1 team in Woodstock to a historic season, winning our club’s first ever open bid to USAV Nationals!
Danny will split his time between the two locations and will be the Head Coach of one of the National teams at Lakepoint. He will work in helping to develop our training and coaching plans for our teams and programs at every level.
For our 575 hosted tournaments, Danny continues to help us grow and expand into new markets, which ultimately helps volleyball grow as a whole!
We are excited to bring Taylor on full time! She will work with Kortney in Woodstock as an assistant director and help oversee all operations on and off of the court.
Taylor’s love for the sport started at the age of 13. She played at competitive local Georgia clubs for 8 years and had a successful career at North Cobb High School. Taylor still holds the career assist record of 4,156 assists and helped lead her team to the program's first GHSA State Champions in 2014. She went on to play D2 volleyball at the University of West Alabama and later transferred home to finish her career at Life University.
Taylor started coaching volleyball while she was playing and attending college at Life University. She has coached all levels including middle school, high school, and all ages of club volleyball. She coached for 3 years at NAVC as an assistant. After that, she came to 575 Volleyball to start her head coaching career. She has been with the club since 2020. In her first year as a head coach, her and our 16-2 team secured a Bid to Nationals as our first-ever 2 team to qualify. Currently, Taylor is coaching our 16-1 National Team and 18-2 National Team. You might have also seen her in the gym helping run our mini club program and weekly training membership.
Outside of volleyball, Taylor recently got married in February 2024 to her husband Clay Courington. When she is off the court she enjoys time with her two dogs, Ruby and Nora, hunting during the spring and fall, being on the water, and spending time with friends and family.
Tina comes to 575 as a former D1 college coach and recruiting coordinator, as well as coaching club teams and running tournaments. As a player, Tina mainly played setter, so she is a mastermind and has a wealth of knowledge in developing the offensive side of the game from a setter’s perspective. Tina’s other favorite part of coaching is teaching the art of how to attack a team from the serving line.

A message from Jeff:
Not to worry, I will still remain the CEO of 575 Volleyball and actively involved in the day to day management and operation of the company. This is a great opportunity for me personally, for all of volleyball in the North Georgia area, and for my family to live closer to my wife and I’s family that lives in Georgia.
When I look back at the original three year plan we established for 575 Volleyball, it’s truly amazing and humbling to see where we are as a company today.
Within the last few years, we have been aggressive to pursue the best volleyball coaches both locally and nationally. That will continue…and we currently have multiple offers out to bring on more coaches full time!
Since my second child was born, I resigned from teaching to do volleyball full time. That led me to start Peach State Volleyball to highlight girls volleyball in Georgia, Club Volleyball Consultants to help clubs across the country succeed, and have collected tons of research and data from clubs across the country.
The best part of my job is getting to work with a bunch of awesome coaches and families. For the past three years I have spent the majority of my time in Peachtree City, and most recently have also been very involved with our new Powder Springs location.
As much as I love everyone individually and cherish our relationships, I feel like I can better serve the volleyball market in new areas that have the potential to quickly grow into what 575 is.
The future of volleyball is bright and we look forward to continuing to maximize the opportunities for kids to play and coaches to coach across all levels of the sport!
