Membership Training Classes - Players are placed into a training group based on their age and skill level
- All classes are built around training individual skills
- Training classes are offered Monday-Thursday
- Classes are 60 minutes long
- Coach player ratio is 1:8 maximum
- Players can choose to train once or twice per week
- 1 class per week: $100/month ($25/class)
- 2 classes per week: $185/month 
- All registrations are through SportsEngine GoMotion

Mini Club - Our 575 Volleyball Mini Club Teams are designed for 3rd-10th graders who are not currently on a club volleyball team. The goal is to improve their skills and compete in a team environment with other student athletes.  At 575 Volleyball we believe in a strong foundation of teaching individual technique, learning to work as a team to create success on the court, working hard and having FUN.  All players and skill levels are welcome.  

Club Teams - We offer 4 levels of club teams to fit your athlete's skill level, and your family's commitment level. Our 4 levels are Local, Regional, National A and National B.

Local Teams - All in you're looking at $2500. The price includes all practices, coaching, uniforms, and 6 - 1 day tournaments. The season begins in October and ends in late March.

Regional Teams - All in you're looking at $3280. The price includes all practices, coaching, uniforms, and 8 - 2 day tournaments. The season begins in October and ends in late April.

National B Teams - All in you're looking at $4750. The price includes all practices, coaching, uniforms, and 10 tournaments.  The season begins in October and ends in late June.

National A Teams - All in you're looking at $5250. The price includes all practices, coaching, uniforms, and 11 tournaments. The tournament schedule includes 5 qualifiers, 3 of the qualifiers require travel. The season begins in October and ends in late June, or early July depending on when your Nationals wave is for your age group.

Beach Volleyball - We offer year round beach volleyball teams, seasonal beach programs and also run beach volleyball tournaments!

Camps and Clinics - We offer skill based clinics and summer camps. All information is available under each location tab. 

Private Lessons - Contact the director for the location you're interested in to schedule private lessons.

LEVEL 2 - is for athletes that 15 and older or younger and participated in 2 or more mini clubs

Players could be asked to move from level 1 or 2 based on skill level the first week to better your athletes path.

We are excited to offer our Woodstock training program! Training is open to all players of all skill levels and club or school affiliation.

Here's how it works:

• Players signup a training group based on their age and skill level. 
• Players come once or twice a week depending on the plan you choose.
• Each class is 60 minutes long.
• 1 class per week: $100/month ($25/class) or 2 classes per week: $185/month
• Payments are recurring and are taken out on the 1st of every month.
• All classes will have a max 1:8 coach to player ratio.
• Players may request to switch their class day or time with a 30-day written notice and must be approved by a director before switching classes.
• Players may cancel at anytime and we will stop payments for the next month. There are no prorated refunds for cancelling mid-month.

Beginner - players in our mini club program or newer to volleyball
Intermediate - players ages 12-18U with some club experience 
Advanced - players ages 14-18U with 3+ years of club experience
